The fourth partition should have been converted to a logical partition (a logical partition has a green border, while a main partition has a dark blue border). You may have three primary partitions in terms of number of partitions. It is not a good idea to uninstall this partition because it is necessary if you want to restore your PC to factory settings. This is where the Windows image was saved by the PC manufacturer. Your recovery partition is the OEM partition. You will need a backup disk if it is erased and then you need to restore the machine to its original state. I wouldn’t mess with it because it is used to restore Windows. Most likely, it is a recovery partition configured by the computer manufacturer.

It does not appear as a file system in the disk management window, and it does not have a letter assigned. I’m curious what this is and if it is safe to uninstall it to build a new partition.
